Welcome to the March 2018 edition of the Random Act of Kindness Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Angie McKenzie in the USA. This month I am showcasing the cards I have sent and received as part of the Random Act of Kindness Card Group on Facebook (aka Group).
In any given month, participating Group members randomly select a few other members within the Group to send a RAK card to brighten their day - just because. There is nothing like sharing our love of creating handmade cards to spread sunshine around the world! Please feel free to join the Group if you would like to participate in the RAK cards movement (blogging is not mandatory, but definitely adds to the fun). #imbringingRAKcardsback #MakeACardSendACard
February was a busy month for me, so sit back, put your feet up and relax for a while... you might want to warm up your coffee or tea, first though, as I share some beauties with you!
Graceful Garden is such a beautiful stamp set colored with Stampin' Blends. I love how Rita showcased it with the coordinating Petal Garden DSP. #loveitchopit |
One of our youngest stampers created this adorable card for my son! Hope did an excellent job using the Party Pandas SAB stamp set! |
What beauties my son and I received last month from around the world!
We definitely felt the kindness being spread around the world and loved a lot!
Now here are the cards that I had fun sending out during February! I hope they bring a smile to your face and/or inspire you in some way with your creativity!
The Petal Passion Suite is my FAVORITE all inclusive bundle at the moment. Tutti Frutti Note Cards and Envelopes was a fun way to share the love of RAK with 16 special friends around the world! |
We Must Celebrate along with the Tutti Fruit notecards and envelopes was a lot of fun to use to create these cheerful RAKS4kids! #RAKS4kids #imbringingRAKcardsback |
I mentioned in last month's Blog Hop (click here for details) that we had a very special event - RAKs 4 Kids - during February! This event was created because of a wish of one the member's little girl... thanks to her wish, several other kids around the world enjoyed making them as much as all of them enjoyed receiving them! Hopefully this special event will become an annual event (or maybe even more frequent)! Only time and patience will tell. So keep on stamping and checking your mailboxes kiddos!
The INVENTOR of RAKs 4 Kids! |
This wonderful group not only spreads kindness, but it builds friendships! Friendships across the miles... across the waters... across the street... anywhere there is a mailbox. :)
I hope you have been inspired by all these projects on my blog today. You are currently visiting Angie McKenzie. Please see the list below and hop around all of the people on the list to see all our projects. You sure don't want to miss any!
