Hello and welcome to my blog!  Today I am hopping with the New at SU! Blog Hop!  We are a group of Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration Brochure.

Today's project is all about Sale-A-Bration + Matching Envelope!  So I will doing what I love most making a coordinating card ensemble with the Beautifully Happy Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set (a Level 2 Product).

Beautifully Happy for Sale-A-Bration (Orchid Oasis and Flirty Flamingo) | Nature's INKspirations by Angie McKenzie

Creating this Sale-a-Bration card with a matching envelope was easy peasy.  This Beautifully Happy Sale-a-bration stamp set that can be earned for free with a qualifying order.  With the release of the new January-April 2023 Mini Catalog, it may be easy for you to reach the qualifying order to earn this stamp yourself.  If not, you may have a friend or two who needs to replenish his/her basic supplies after making holiday and new year projects over the past several months.

Inspired by a recent background celebrating Stampin' Up!'s 35th year, the top fill image of the hollyhocks was used to create my custom background which was also used on the inside and the envelope.

Beautifully Happy is just that and is sure to make any recipient smile with whatever color from the Stampin' Up! color families you choose to use.

My colors of choice were Smoky Slate, Flirty Flamingo, Orchid Oasis, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

The main image was stamped with Smoky Slate ink on Thick Basic White cardstock.  The fill image for the leaves was stamped with Soft Succulent ink and dabbed with a damp Fine Tip Water Brush.  The hollyhock fill images were stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink for one card and Orchid Oasis for the second card.  The images were all dabbed as the leaves were.  Once completely dry to the touch, the fill images were stamped a second time for additional depth and color.  Lastly, Daffodil Delight was added with the Hollyhock center fill image.

The cardstock layer of each watercolored Hollyhock was trimmed to approximately 1/4" on all sides.  Then the edges were roughened with my Bone Folder.

Linen Thread was wrapped around the Hollyhock layers twice and tied off with bow attaching a double threaded bow.

The sentiment was stamped with Evening Evergreen ink and die-cut with the Stylish Shapes narrow banner.   The banner was adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The custom stamped background layer was embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

The insides were stamped and embossed to coordinate with the card fronts.  The inside sentiments were stamped with Evening Evergreen ink allowing plenty of room for a personal note to the recipients.

The Medium White Envelopes were stamped and embossed to coordinate with the custom background layers.

And I must share that while stamping the envelopes, the topmost buds on the image reminded me of Mickey Mouse ears so the envelopes were definitely stamped with lots of happiness!  **LOVE**
