#JOSTTT012 Design Team Inspirations - December 2019

Today is the Twelfth Challenge over at The Joy of Sets Tic Tac Toe Challenge!  I am thoroughly enjoying being a Design Team Member with this talented bunch of crafters from around the globe!  We are all members of The Joy of Sets Facebook Group that is full of stampers sharing cards created with current and retired Stampin' Up!® stamp sets as well as stamp sets from other companies.

For this month's Holiday themed challenge designed by all the Design Team, you can select any three of the design elements in a row on the board going in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal direction.  I have chosen two directions - Snow | Trees | Reindeer and Silver | Sparkle | Reindeer!

Sometimes you need to just let the paper do the talking so you can create a simple and elegant card.  The Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP was calling me to use it the minute I saw the challenge grid!  Stamper that I am really had a hard time wanting to stamp for this challenge, but knew that this design needed minimal stamping and was perfect just as it was!  Layered against some Silver Foil on a Seaside Spray card base was all it needed.  The die cut reindeer and the metallic stamped sentiment was all that it needed to complete the challenge criteria.

The inside was just as simple to replicate with a mini reindeer as the focal highlight against the border that was leftover as a scrap from the front... just too gorgeous to toss aside, right?!
