Hello friends!  I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!  Today I am hopping with some demonstrator friends along the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop as we share lots of inspiration related to simple stamping.  There are several of us hopping today - you will find the list to follow along towards the bottom of my blog post - so sit back and enjoy your favorite coffee, tea, water or smoothie as we share some handmade projects with you!

Today's Project

Linda challenged us to use stamps, ink, paper and a punch for today's theme!  This is not an easy thing for me, but once I was happy with the layout, it was a breeze to make multiples and I am looking forward to making several more!

Project Details

I have loved all the Coastal Grandmother decor and clothing that I have seen in the stores lately and couldn't resist using this adorable Christmas Scotties Bundle with the look!

2" strips of Basic White were used to punch multiple scotties with the Scottie Dog Punch.

Two scotties were aligned the center of the Crumb Cake panel.  A third scottie was stamped with the coordinating image from the Christmas Scotties Stamp Set.  The bow was stamped with Pool Party ink.

The snowflake image was stamped with Pool Party ink across the top and bottom of the Basic White layer.  TIP:  Rotate the image to create a realistic falling snow pattern.

The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder, fussy cut and adhered to the Crumb Cake layer.

The inside was simply layered and stamped to compliment the card front.  The Framed & Festive sentiment was stamped with Sahara Sand ink.  The envelope fronts and flaps were also stamped to compliment the card.

More Inspiration

I hope you have been inspired to create a simple stamping card with stamps, ink, paper and a punch to share with someone.

Now it's time to continue along the blog hop - you're currently with me, Angie McKenzie, at #11 - to get more inspiration from the others... so look at the list below and continue along.  You definitely don't want to miss any.
