Hello friends!  I hope you are having an amazing weekend.  Today I am hopping with some Crafty Collaborators along the Share It Sunday Blog Hop as we share lots of inspiration about what we've been working on this month and haven't shared, yet.  There are several of us hopping today - you will find the list to follow along towards the bottom of my blog post - so sit back and enjoy your favorite coffee, tea, water or smoothie as we share some handmade projects with you!

Today's Projects

I made two special thank you projects this month!

One was a card for my customer who placed my first order of 2024.  I love making thank you cards for my customers, but this one was an extra special one to show my appreciation.

And my second one was a calendar for Benji's groomer since I had forgotten his appointment the week before and she got us rescheduled so quickly...

The Bee My Valentine stamp set has become a favorite of mine in the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog.  Inspired by the colors in the coordinating Bee Mine DSP and my friend, the lovely Emma Goddard, I just had to make flowers out of the bee's wings!  You just simply stamp the wings four times like a clover leaf and the flower blooms!  With a little simple fussycutting you can make as many as you wish!

The Basic White cardstock panel was blended with Pool Party ink and a Small Blending Brush.  The panel was die-cut with an Everyday Details circle die.  The panel was splattered with the brush tip of my Pool Party Stampin' Write Marker.  The bee path was stamped with Pool Party ink.  The bee was stamped with Daffodil Delight and Tuxedo Black Memento ink. The wings were stamped with Petal Pink ink and accented with Wink of Stella for some glimmer.

Three flowers were created... one each in Petal Pink, Pool Party and Sweet Sorbet.  The flowers were colored by off-stamping the coordinating heart stamp.  The overlapping centers were covered by crumpled up Daffodil Delight cardstock which was die-cut using the smallest Deckled Circles die.  The die-cut was was crumpled and wadded into a tiny ball, unfolded and repeated again several times until the paper fibers were soft to the touch.  A small bit of to the circle was torn completely around to fit the size of the flower.  The circle was then separated creating two flower centers where the inside exposed the fluffy fibers mimicking petal florets.  The circles were adhered to the flowers with a Stampin' Dimensional.  The flower stems are Pretty Parakeet Baker's Twine tied in a bow with the tails long enough to knot at the bottom and adhere to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.

The Blueberry Bunches sentiment was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  The Everyday Details label die was shortened to fit the sentiment.

The inside was layered, die-cut and blended to compliment the card front.  The Blueberry Bunches sentiments was perfect for creating my favorite way of saying thanks!  The Basic White Medium Envelope front and flap were stamped to complete the card ensemble.

A Pampered Pet Salon in Maumee, OH, is where Benji goes for grooming so I stamped the Doggone Friendly background stamp twice with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  Once for the main background and once for the calendar panel and fussy-cutting the pampered doggies that Miss Judy probably sees a lot of from day to day.  The happy tongues were colored with Petal Pink Stampin' Blends Markers along with some of the bows and collars.  The bow for the terrier was colored with Pool Party and Crumb Cake.   The fussy-cut images were adhered to a Basic White Stylish Shapes square die-cut which was adhered to a same size Crumb Cake die-cut.
